Materials:
Soft Cotton Rope 2 mm, 2 colors
Yellow One using about 200 g
White one using about 200 g
Crochet Hook No.5 or 3.00 mm
US Term:
ch : chain
sl st : slip stitch
sc : single crochet
dc : double crochet
dc2tog: 2 double crochet together
dc3tog: 3 double crochet together

Hi😊 you can take bigger crochet hook and thicker yarn. Or you can simply add some rows in a base (square) and later just add some rows too if you want higher/dipper bag. Happy crochet 🧶🍀
