In this tutorial this top is made for a size Medium to Large 32C-36D
Optional Arm Decreasing:
3 rows of 13 Chains working a single crochet in the 7th stitch
10 rows of 11 Chains working a single crochet in the 6th stitch
6 rows of 9 Chains working a single crochet in the 5th stitch
6 rows of 7 Chains working a single crochet in the 4th stitch
Materials:
1 skein of weight size 3 yarn I used Baby Bee Sweet Delight Yarn in the color Tangerine
4.25mm hook (Size G hook)
Yarn needle

Absolutely love this tutorial and pattern! I found it easiest to place a stitch marker on the 7th stitch in the chain of 13. Stopping at #7 to add it rather than counting out 7 stitches felt faster to me. Can't wait to see what it looks like when I'm finished!

FELICA JOHNSON Thank you! Try 87 to start or armpit to armpit , use 15 chains to work up the pattern and make it 19-20 rows long or as long as you need for it to go over the breast.

Leila Zabehpoor you would basically want to measure from armpit to armpit to find out how many chains you would need to start with. So if from armpit to armpit measures 10 inches across , chain a chain that measures about 9 inches so that when you double crochet it will grow to measure 10 inches then you can start the mesh pattern

When I started making this, I thought the sides should be longer, maybe 15-16 ch instead of 13. This would make sense because you're not making two sides of the square (or rhombus or whatever you want to call it). Rather, you're making one side and one diagonal. The diagonal needs to be a bit longer. Oh well, I'll just have to undo my work! Either way, thanks for the tutorial.

You made a beautiful top, but for some reason the video was confusing to me 🤷, I crochet tops, but I could tell what end of that garment you were working on, or where the rounds started for the sleeves. Maybe if it was done in different colors just to show the sleeves placement, it would be easier to follow.🤷

When u get to the part where you're closing the sides, how many rows do I close b4 I stop for the arm hole?

Taramy Lighty if you are counting where you stitch both sides together as rows at about 8:08 I’m working 3 and a half rows along but I would recommend to start at the very bottom so 4 rows before the arm hole
