I wish i can give you a printable template but i dont know how to make a printable. For fitting, it is during taking measurement and scoring might be the problem. Just make sure you measure exactly and when you score make sure you are scoring as per the line.

If your A3 size measures 29.7cm x 42cm, then you have this size of the box. L: 17.1cm W: 13.3cm H: 6.3 cm

It's an ordinary plastic cover that can be bougth in educational store. Itis usually used for covering books or notebooks, etc..
