Nice! I crave to see it milling. The base seems sturdy, but the spindle support has a pretty narrow contact area with the spindle. I guess we will see how it handles vibrations! Thanks for sharing this project!

I've begun following your stuff, it's a very good design. Im really interested in seeing how the rigidity is while using HDPE. Can't wait to see the initial cuts - kind regards from Denmark!

You should look into starting a campaign if it works well! I would definitely buy this if it was around 1500-2000$
