Do you just put them on a regular cookie baking sheet? I wonder if putting them on parchment paper would hurt them at all. (So they don't stick to the cookie sheet).

my clay doesn't seem to be hardened after baking 15 minutes? what did I do wrong?

1. Make sure your oven really is 275 (get a thermometer) and yes you can bake it for more than 15 minutes, a lot of professional clay sculptors put them in for an hour! It won't burn them if it's at 275, but it will ensure they will bake all the way through properly.
