Hello friends, today I'm sharing my Coastal Beach Wreath DIY. It cost me about $20 to make using mostly Dollar Tree supplies along with a few things, 2 starfish, ribbons and some floral wire that I had on hand. It's the perfect wreath to make on a budget and it will be beautiful addition to your summer home decor.
