Such a gorgeous piece! You could honestly keep it all year around or only for valentine’s day. I think the puzzle pieces are so unique! Using a hair dryer to heat the metal and glue up might make removing the metal heart easier.

This is so stinking cute and SO creative! I love it so much! I'm definitely doing this. You could totally keep this up year-round. I bought the same heart and I plugged the holes with Dap plastic wood-filler but I've also seen people plug holes with hot glue. I haven't tried it myself. I can't wait to make this! I like this piece... I was wondering if you make the board up year round and occasionally change out the heart to a bunny, tulip, pumpkin, turkey, tree, etc.... ??? Maybe a piece of the Dollar tree self sticking velcro to change things out to keep it simple. I guess just watching what Dollar tree puts out each holiday to see what it could be changed to. Thoughts?
