Quick tip: when adding another glue stick to your glue gun, put a small dollop of hot glue to one end of glue stick and insert into glue gun. This keeps the glue stick from popping out when you squeeze the trigger.

Just a tip on your tiered stands, if you turn the glass candle holder upside down, it takes up less space on your tray, making more room for treats or snacks on the trays. :)

Yup! Exactly! I did this and used E-6000 glue. That stuff even withstands the dishwasher. But I also sanded the candle holders on the edges too for a better grip

These ideas are great and you can often get real silver plated round trays from thrift stores for a couple of dollars each, I think it would look a little better with the ball ornament feet just because it has a super silver shine.

Another tip use glue dots. They hold everything in place; however, you can reposition them and you can remove them for easier disassembling/storing.

These are great ideas, for the mirrored stand idea, so that each corner looks neat with the trim that you used don't cut the trim into strips. Take one piece all of the way around to the center and join it in the middle. It will give closure to the corners and look very finished.

Just because I'm all about reusing and recycling things. I was just going to suggest an idea for the " legs" when you noticed the inside part of the spool, which look perfect. Another idea, I save the caps from hair products, cleaning products, spray paint and so on...... you will find they are sturdy, many different sizes and colors and free 😁 you just have to have the room and patience to save them until you have 3 or 4 matching. I use 3 under flower pots (round things) ! Happy crafting 😊

Awesome video!! Quick note, you can pull the larger mirrors right out of the frame. The frame is just glued to the cardboard backing. Just pop one side and the mirror will slide right out. :-) I know because I made a DIY 7ft mirror with them.

You should have put glue on the exterior of the small cylindrical containers ("feet") and coated them in silver glitter to match the ornaments. You could have placed a little velvet circle on the bottom of the cylindrical container to protect your tabletop. Just a thought... :-) Edit: For the mirror try "feet", you can fill those containers with bling stones (crystal or acrylic crystals) for an additional embellishment.

I think with a large enough tray base, one could glue 2 of the reindeer directly on opposite sides of the tray for handles.

why not keep the lids on the small containers and glue the lid to the back of the mirrors so that you can remove the legs, leaving the cap attached to the mirror so they can be stored and the legs put back on by re-attaching the container to the lid next time?. Seems like a good way to store them, wrapped in paper and just keep the legs in a bag with the trays.
