Pampas Grass is SO hard to find in Honduras (or extremely expensive), I will definitely try to make my own. Thank you!!

I just painted the craft paper with regular acrylic paint

What kind of paper did you used?

I used brown craft paper that I found at dollar tree. It was by the party section where all their wrapping papers are but sometimes they do move it to the aisle that has all the poster boards
