The baby and dog are too cute to not thumbs up, and the rug is nice, too. I just made one a month ago but I used different textured pieces to make a long runner, it turned out nicely.

Wish we had dollar stores here in Australia! You guys over in USA have so many options for absolutely everything, hardware, homewares etc! just loved the rug as I have 14 metre hallway so that would be an ideal solution! Gorgeous little baby and dog too, I'm Nanna of 8 and loved your video dear lady 👍👵🇦🇺

Thank you so much, I'm really glad you enjoyed it. Even though you don't have a dollar tree, you may be able to get carpet squares from a carpet company for pretty cheap and then you can recreate it that way

@@CrystalClearHope so lovely of you to reply, well our version of your Lowe's, I think it's called? Is our Bunnings, which are certainly not cheap, their carpet squares were $50 Aust! So will get my son to look online for me as this KZbin is my technological limit haha! But thank you, you guys do have it better as far as choice, variety etc so enjoy!🙏👵🇦🇺

Where did you get the square from.? I never seen colored rugs at Dollar stores.
@CrystalClearHope2 жыл бұрын
The square rugs came from the Dollar Tree. I just stumbled upon them. It is hit and miss and I have noticed certain Dollar Trees carry the carpet squares while others do not.

I couldn’t hear what exactly you used for the glue…
@CrystalClearHope11 ай бұрын
I used e6000 for the long tem hold. I put a little hot glue to hold it until it set, and gorilla glue duct tape on the back. The rug I created for the foyer is still holding strong years later, and it is in the entryway for my garage, so it's a high traffic area. I also do still have the ones for the front porch, but I changed them out seasonally. I hope this helps. Thank you so much for watching.

Your videos with be so much better and easier to watch if you turned off the music and walked us thru it. I imagine you spent more time picking out the music than you did making the video. Your very talented with great ideas..can't watch the music videos..which have zero to do with how to make the DIY
@CrystalClearHope2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment. You are correct, I could make them a lot quicker without music, however the majority of my audience does prefer the music. I do it because that's the majority of what people want.
