have you sewn the inner circle already? it's best to sew the outer circle and then flip it inside out and hand stitch the inner circle to close it up. It's a bit hard to explain but I hope you understand what I mean?

if you made the icing inner circle smaller than the actual hole then it would look like it drizzled in the the center hole XD. (just me thinking since I'm way to lazy to actually make anything I watch)
