@ yes so am I. And the rats and gophers are a big problem. I found if I put out buckets of water that are half full, they seem to go in there and drown. But they've eaten so many of my dragon fruit. I hope you're close enough that maybe we could visit each other's gardens. That would be nice. I'm in Ventura County

@ it's such a big problem that someone suggested that I make cages for my plants. I'm going to have to look into that. I will never plant in the ground again. The gophers and rats are not satisfied until they've eaten everything and killed all the figs oranges and so on in the garden

@@777overjoy777 Bummer. Moorpark dragon fruit is close to you too. I prefer to grow in pots because we have gophers, coyotes, rabbits, squirrels, and rats that like our dragons. Thanks for watching
