I used a viscose fabric, I can’t remember the exact size of the mat but I think the longest side is 30 something inches

Hi. Can you explain how wide the gap is on the bust line when you tape done the center front and side front of the top of the dress on new pattern paper?

It looks like its about 1.5". However, as explained 1/4 of her hip is 10" and 1/4 of the pattern is 13". If you are going to attempt it, ensure the width at your hips is more than 1/4 of your hips, go as wide as you wish.
