love your video, mandy! i've made a couple dresses with a similar design, though shorter, tunic length since i haven't had a machine, i've been putting stash aside i'll definitely try your idea of using single stitch first, then zigzag thank you!!

hello! how do you keep the waist seam from being wavy? when i try to sew like this, its super wavy :(

It could be that you're pulling it too hard as you sew? Was the cut straight to start with? You could maybe use a 36" ruler to keep things straight. The other thing is to decide that you like the wonky-ness. I personally love things that are not "perfect". If this is your first time give yourself a pat on the back and move on to your next project. 😊
