Your entryway looks fabulous! If you wanted the shelf to match the lantern hangers closer you could have probably gone over the stain with some watered down white paint but it looks good as is. To get a weathered wood look I often do some dry brushing of white or gray chalk paint before I stain. I have never seen a front door that opens out. Usually they always open in so the hinges aren't facing out where someone could tap out the hinge pins and take the door off.

Great video. You can buy greenery/fake trees at Goodwill. You can also buy small greenery at Dollar Tree and make a bigger tree for your square plant pot.

Pretty green. My kitchen cabinets are a sage green. (Chateau grey) by Annie Sloan chalk paint. I never tape when painting I’m better at so nice!cutting in. I have the same lanterns. I also stained mine. I used my lanterns without the glass. Mine are in my office. I also have the same sign. You have great taste. Everything came out so nicely!
