I love the way the deer came out to because it looks like a creature that I would in counter in the woods I wish you the best and keep doing what your doing. I hope that you keep inspiring others to make dolls and do what they love the most. I am hoping to do what I love which is drawling and hopefully I do which is drawling and bring it to life in a doll or puppet, but I am still debating.

Can you do a video where you go into detail how you shape the head like what shapes you use
@Thornsserenity7 жыл бұрын
Hey, I took inspiration from you and began making a few creature like this, but i keep having the problem of the heads being to heavy and the weight not being even, which causes the creature to fall and not stay standing up. Do you have any helpers for this problem?
@KaypeaCreations7 жыл бұрын
+-Twisted Imagination- when the heads are too heavy I add weight to the back usually by adding clay to the back legs you counteract the head!

@lorehandcreations10027 жыл бұрын
Absolutely love this. one tiny question, do you dilute your paint for the air brush or just use it from the bottle?
@KaypeaCreations7 жыл бұрын
+Lorehand Creations I use it straight from the bottle! The paint for my airbrush is called Createx paints
@lorehandcreations10027 жыл бұрын
KaypeaCreations oh okay, I just have the basic folkart
@KaypeaCreations7 жыл бұрын
+Lorehand Creations I've used that before for paint the clay parts but they tend to be very thin and takes many coats of paint. Applebottom is probably a better option and around the same price range! :)
@lorehandcreations10027 жыл бұрын
KaypeaCreations okay, I will invest in some. Do I need to thin it to get it to go threw the airbrush? And Thank you for the tip
@KaypeaCreations7 жыл бұрын
+Lorehand Creations yes you will need to thin it out. You want it to be a little thicker than water but if you plan on getting an airbrush I would just order the Createx paints to save you some work

I’m trying to make my own and it seems like the head I made is too heavy, even though it looks like it’s the same size as yours. Can you maybe give me an estimate of how heavy it should be? Also, how stiff is the wire that you use?
@KaypeaCreations7 жыл бұрын
+Madmole20 I use 12-14 Guage wire! I also add unbaked clay to the back legs of my sculptures to counteract the weight

Also try doing one where you can move more than the body, like movable ears and mouth I think this would improve the dolls a tiny bit and I can’t do any of this myself because I’m only in year seven and well we can’t buy things like that so I’m just suggesting things Try things out of your comfort zone Also love all of your tutorials even though I can’t do any of them!
