Those are for phone companies and for the IC maker it has nothing to do with us and if u want to know that probably u won't get any info as they are on patent all u can see is the power output

If you balance charge 2s2p (4 cells), 3s2p(6 cells), or 4s2p(8 cells), will the balance charger charge every cell or will count each parallel pair as a single cell when using 18650"s ?
