You can do the same thing by folding the tortilla in half, then folding in half again. And you don't have an opening for stuff to fall out this way. You don't have to cut one side ay all.

I miss the Taco Bell bowl. It was refried beans, rice, lettuce, cheese, grilled chicken fried tortilla strips, and Caesar dressing. Taco Bell has removed so many items I like, but the bowl hurts the most. The dressing was amazing on that bowl. Everything worked. Can you do it? I used to work there and remember the recipe.
