One way to remove those annoying stuck on labels is to take your heat gun and lightly warm. They bubble at which point use a paint scrapper and off they come easily leaving you with a clean area ready for your sanding.

22:40 In the drawers, instead of leaving the left side as empty space, you can use that space for holding legal files by adding perpendicular / horizontal blocking.

I have the perfect closet I can do this to, in our master restroom.
