DIY Fishing Rod Stand

What is up everyone! Welcome back to another AJVM FISHING adventure. This episode would be a special one since it’s the first time that I’ve done a DIY video. I believe being an angler does not only about purchasing new item to add into our fishing arsenal. Being an angler also required us to be innovative and create ways to solve issues that angler encounter at some point without breaking the bank, which in this case “Unorganised fishing rods”. I found a set of thrown away bed slats under my block and I had an idea to use them to make a new fishing rod stand. Tools/Materials
- Hand Drill/Power Drill
- Drill bit (2.5mm)
- Hole Drill bit (16mm Diameter)
- Wood Hand saw
- Sand paper (To clean excess wood)
- Wood glue
- 30mm Screws
- 20mm x 70mm Wood planks.

Brilliant,wished every HDB in Singapore got a place workshop, for those residents who have skill in wood work , metal work or any DIY project can develop their talents in a proper workshops. Doesnt needs to be a big workshop . Am sure the government can build it at the basement parking space but of course rent and electrical bill have to paid electronically perhaps top up card or something . Its beneficial for the talented singaporean. I have been to Singapore looking for tools and I can get what I want there. But something cross my mind Where can singaporean can use all these tools? its a waste so much tools but no place to use it since living in a HDB. Wish you luck bro keep the power tools screaming and build something.Good luck from Brunei.

In your plans I am not familiar with the scale or the numbers you are using .I'm from USA...I know inches and feet....are all the numbers you use in millimeters MM?
