Went out under warranty like it would not even flip up and Audi here in Pembroke Pines, FL Area said it would have been 700.00 if I had to pay for it. That was 2017 to 18 they did that. Had the same problem as you. Soldered the wires and changed the fuse. However, the screen will now turn on for 10 seconds and go black again and the control panel for the screen doesn’t light up anymore. I’m also getting a “light malfunction” on the dashboard but all lights in the car work except for the control panel. If you have any idea of what it could be please leave comment 🙌🏼

Hey bro, i had this problem too and fixed it with help of your video, thanks for that, I have another problem. The Bluetooth of the car is working, I can call handsfree, but music audio is not playing. When I go to media and select the source I have only the choice Jukebox and SD card, no bluetooth. My Audi A7 is from September 2011. Probably/maybe this model has no function for Bluetooth audio. The past owner of this car installed CarPlay. He added an extra USB port , probably this is for the CarPlay although I can also connect with only Bluetooth.. Now if I’m connected with CarPlay, I see on the Audi screen when I’m playing music the pause and next buttons and I see the seconds of the playing music is are going by.. but I don’t hear any sound. I can’t understand why this is.. do you have an idea? What could I check, where should I look for the problem? The speakers are working, I can play music with the SD card, the radio works, calling is working.. Hope to hear from you. Thanks in advance. Kind regards David
