This worked for me too. Blowing and sucking in combination in the inlet tube freed the clog. Ran vinegar through once it unclogged, and now a 100% working fogger!

Hello dear, I have given all solutions I knew in the video itself. Please watch again carefully, I hope you find a solution. If not you can check some local electronics repair shop to find an oil pump for 600-800 ₹.

That’s ok you can reconnect it or get it soldered if its broken from the connection point.

If any fluid is coming out, you have hope. Keep using it with vinegar for 5-10 minutes. Hopefully the clog will get removed. All the best.

Toggle the Swich to the other side. You are in cleanup mode so only liquid will come out. Check my other video on this machine for mode details..

Readymade : Chemtex Silvox Fume + glycerine 10%. Don’t use kerosene. It will damage the machine.

I've disassembled everything and checked the pump, it's working fine and shoots out liquid when not attached to the inlet copper tube. But my clog seems to be in the heat exchange itself. The pump doesn't have enough pressure to clear the blockage. I've tried ramming a thin wire through the outlet and inlet of the exchange but no luck. Do you think this could still be a pump issue?

If liquid is coming out from the pump then the core may be jammed or dead. First check if the core is getting any hot or not. If not then take out the pump and dump the machine. If core is getting hot the you can try clearing its block by disassembling it from the body and injecting vinegar + water solution in it from one side. Keep it vertical for 10 mins then on the other side and keep it vertical again. Hopefully it will loosen the debris inside and then you can attack the pump again and fog it with vinegar water solution. Try it and let me know if it works.

Have you tried cleaning it with the method given in video ? If its dead the first thing I would recommend is to go to a DJ / party light and sound provider and ask them if they have any spares or if they know an electrician who works on these machines.. because DJ people have been using them for years. If you don’t find it nearby buying directly from china is the only viable option as in India the replacement parts are being sold at nearly 70% the price of a new machine. From China you can buy from DHgate / Wish etc.

Thanks. Please check the below points.. Have you opened the machine and checked the pump ? Because it still makes sound when its choked. Is the coil getting heated ? Don’t touch it directly, as its superhot. If its not getting heated the coil will need replacement or electrical checkup for wiring fault. Did you add glycerin to the solution. Without glycerin there will be no fog.

Try cleanup run 2-3 times with vinegar. Add more glycerin to the mix if you can feel good air throw pressure in front of the knob.

Hi, I am using fumigation chemical to sanitize room, but after using for some time, my pump is not sucking up the solution I have same machine, can I use the same technique which ur showing in this video?

Fumigation chemical is not suitable for this machine. It will 100% choke the pump. You can try the method, you may need to cleanup from both sides of the pump and also if possible use a syringe for pushing in vinegar. I hope it helps.

I have the white one , the pump is working, heating is working. But somehere in heating part it is block, and there is a strong back pressure from the heating part and the metal pipe that connect the pump to heater pops out. Is there any way to clean the heater tube or whatever it is .

I only suggest easy DIY’s as these are cheap machines. Try opening the front nozzle and use an injection or dropper and put in a few drops of white vinegar.. keep it vertical for 5-6 minutes. Now do the same from side where metal tube connects and keep the machine verticle again for 5-7 minutes. If there is any sebum or grease it will be cleared.. Now try the fogging again with vinergar + water solution. Keep the machine open and use a plier to hold the pipe in place so that it does now blow out while vinegar fogging.

You may try with a syringe.. it will feed the chemical with some pressure.

If the machine is working properly then indicator is not essential. You can put machine on preheat for 3-5 minutes and use. If you take notice there is also a click sound in 2-3 minutes when machine is ready for fogging.

If liquid comes out directly, you’re in cleanup mode.. switch to other mode. If fog is low run the machine with cleanup chemical like water & vinegar mix.

Switch to I if it throws jet on II or switch to button 2 if it throws the jet in button I.

You can try opening the heating core and remove its pipe. Take a syringe, fill it with vinegar and push the liquid inside the tube from one side, keep it upside down for 5 minutes to let the vinegar do cleaning. Now put it upside down and repeat the process on the other side.. hopefully it will clear the choke.

Can’t be said without checking. May be the heating rod is burnt up. Its very hard to find so machine replacement may be the option. Get it checked at electrical shop. It can also be a minor electrical fault.
