I have a different brand of shower heater in a condo in the Philippines. The building has made an extreme cut in the water pressure in the building due to a water shortage. Would that lead to this type of unit failing to heat the water? My unit will not heat after the pressure was reduced. No luck with a reset. The unit is around 4 1/2 years old. Thanks

Yes low pressure can cause some water heaters not to heat up

My Joven EC 801 water heater trips my ELCB when switched on.Have been using for at least 10 years without problem.What cpuld be the problem.Can the Triac cause it.? Or the heating element shorting?

I am from Sri Lanka. How can I purchase the flow sensor? Is it available in amazon or others? My model is Centon 606. Thanks for your simple demonstration.

Thanks for early reply and kind concern. Few repair shops are appearing in you tube. But no centon suppliers. There is government ban on import of electoral items. Daras is the main online supplier here. I will try that also. If you know Name of anyshop in Malaysia or Singapore city let me know dear friend .thanks
