I love it man I hope I can get my nest going soon as Im losing all my founding colonies due to me not knowing what to do with my ants its terrible on my part I dont care about the money so much but to lose my queens and little ones hurts its hard to do when the postal service takes months to get a package here

Tarheel have great nests but expensive. Then again you get what you pay for and his nests are always awesome! I do need to start making my own nests more often. Lol.

If you mean what sand to mix in the grout, the finer the better buddy. In chamber making you can use any sand or dirt if you can sterelized it, the better.

Yes buddy, I used 12 mm OD tubing. You can use any size you want.

Thanks buddy, Depends on the capacity of the water tower you'll be installing, this one could last a month. In summers around 3 weeks.

Dirt or any aquarium sand will do in chamber making buddy, but in the sand mix in grout, the finer the better.

It's not for drinking buddy, it's to make the nest humid.

I did something similar thanks to your videos 👍 But for me, when I start heating the nest to maintain the temperature at least 22-25 degrees, everything is always condensed. I don't know why 😭

You should have let the nest fully dried first buddy, before putting back the glass to use the nest. If that still happens just add more ventilation. I don't use heaters cause I'm in the tropics.

Try to completely dry the nest first buddy and try filling the tower again, I suspect the concrete is still moist inside, condensation happens when there's too much moisture
