clever use of materials . Suggestion.: Tip the knife blades so the long straight side is the leading edge of the prop. You will get more and better lift.

Buddy there needs to be some kind of paper or fins to counteract the momentum of the blade it would work alot better bc the cup doesn't have anything to keep it from spinning as well

If you add flaps at the bottom of the copter will fly! You need to create a stabilazer for the cup in order to let the propeller trust up the entire mass, let me know!

The diameter of the disc is important for the lift generation. I think increasing the disc size will do the trick. Also, four instead of two blades would be a better idea.
