I’m sure you had to do lots of speech therapy and physical therapy i’m so proud of you, to get your Voice working again must’ve been a lot of hard work I’m sure the speech therapy in the physical therapy wasn’t easy but you’re doing awesome! We do too 😏 in Trinidad we call it black cake . The fruit is ground and soaked in rum for months (maybe years) and made into cake. Then we add rum after it's baked to preserve it.
