You used the wrong beans. American baked beans are sweeter, than English baked beans.

Yup, definitely need some Heinz baked beans next time. Try costplus or a decent grocery store. Also HP sauce if they didn't get it in the vid i'm only half way through and angry about the lack of real beans(a1 is a poor imitation although kind of close).

We have American bacon in the UK, too. We call it streaky bacon. I think the best bacon is middle bacon cooked in the oven on baking paper, really renders out that fat amazingly.

You should make Tacos Dorados this is when u take a white tortilla and fill them with either pulled chicken or mashed potatoes and then once filled you roll the tortilla and deep fry then you chop up lettuce and put it on top of taco then sprinkle queso fresco and and 2 drops of sour cream (optional add spicy salsa)

Major props for doing fried bread! That's often left out or replaced with boring toast, even in many "traditional" English breakfasts! It may be a shortcut to a heart attack but it sure is delicious. And we have back bacon and streaky bacon. As a kid I preferred streaky but I definitely prefer back bacon now. It's shocking you can't get it over there. And it's called black pudding not "blood sausage"! Although I've never eaten it because it looks, sounds and smells disgusting and I'm not a filthy northerner :P (JK my northern friends, you guys are awesome)
