My mother was buying me the real mirror from a rent to own. They were asking $700 for it. It was so heavy. I was so worried it was going to fall off my wall if I put it up. So we went ahead and sent it back. I loved that mirrior. When I came across this video, I screamed lol. I am so excited to try this. Yours turned out so beautiful. I cant wait.

Hi Jean, Well it's nice to hear from you and I thank you so much for your comment. I want to make it on a larger scale as well but I had to try it out to make sure it worked. Make sure that you get a wood board from a hardware store when you make yours so that it'll hold the weight. Can't have you putting the work in and have it fall down. You are so creative! I love the pieces you create. Just beautiful and polished looking. I will definitely make this mirror but in a smaller version. I have a piece of 3/8 “ board. Light weight wood that I’m going to try out. It isn’t any heavier than the poster board. I really like the way your crushed glass looks where the edges of the mirror are. It looks like the surface curves down behind the mirror. Very pretty. Have a very wonderful Christmas and New Year.
