I made one a couple of years ago and I hung it on my porch. I made mine slightly different. I turned the basket upside down and reattached the chains. I added the lights around it and added one in the middle

I saw this in one of these of videos last year, I made one and I hung it in the patio as a chandelier but it did not get enough sun so this year I put plants in it and hung it in a 3 legged iron plant holder (not sure what they are called). I put it in my garden and it lights up so bright and beautiful.❤💕
