Step 1: Marking out the job site 0:48
1.1: Run chalk line 100mm in from edge of surface 0:56
1.2: Mark out panel edges and gaps as per layout 0:59
1.3: Mark out spigot spacing 1:07
1.4: Mark out core holes 1:19
Step 2: Core Drill Spigot Installation 1:35
2.1: Score core holes 1:45
2.2: Mark out core hole depth 2:05
2.3: Turn water on to slow trickle 2:10
2.4: Core drill spigot hole: 2:18
2.5: Remove Core Bit - Must See Tip Included 2:25
STEP 3: Leveling Surface
3.1: Level job site with timber blocks and window packers 3:09
3.2: Use 2m level, check blocks are constant throughout job site 3:18
STEP 4: Prepare the Glass Balustrade 3:23
4.1: Mark spigot location on glass 3:27
4.2: Secure spigot onto glass 3:44
4.3: Fix cover plate to the glass 3:59
STEP 5: Installing the DIY Glass Balustrade 4:13
5.1: Line up glass on blocks 4:17
5.2: Attach struts to glass 4:37
5.3: Clamp Glass together: 4:50
STEP 6: Mixing and Pouring Kwixset Grout 5:10
6.1: Mix grout as per bucket instructions: 5:20
6.2: Pour grout into core hole 5:34
6.3: Wait for grout to set 5:47
STEP 7: Wipe down glass 6:08
