По факту даже не пришлось перепаевать 😊 Открыл, проверил. На батареи было 1.6V. Взял другую батарею на 3.8V и подключил её к этой на 30 секунд. Этого хватило бустануть батарейку в тестере до 2.8V. Экран загорелся, но очень тускло 😊 Вставил в резетку и стал намного ярче 😊 Короче этого буста хватило на 1.5 часа тестов 😊 В следующий раз когда нужно будет сделать длительные тесты, то уже перепаяю 😊 Ещё раз огромнейшее спасибо за наводку о проблеме ❤💪💪💪

well, that's nice ...however I guess, the accumulator, you replaced, is a NIMH-Cell (s1 or s2) and apparently you replaced it with a lithium one. If there is a charging current, you might run into troubles.

Yes you are right. The Ni-MH batteries must be used to be able to charge at low currents. But lithium is also suitable, but it will fail faster.

I have the same power meter and now it has failed. The battery has a voltage of 2.6V and I tried charging it via the charger, but it didn't work. The voltage is still the same at 2.6V. I connected the LED to the battery, but it doesn't light up. So the battery must be bad. But I see that the cell phone battery was placed here, Li Ion. Now, does it charge in the device or not? I saw that the 0.47uF capacitor was removed. Is that true or not? Otherwise, the working voltage for charging the battery is obtained through this capacitor.

The Li-ion battery was installed as a temporary solution. It’s not suitable, as it will fail quickly, according to my assumptions. Nevertheless, it has been working for 10 months now. The best solution, use Ni-Mh batteries, because of the design features. The capacitor, has been replaced, but that is optional and they rarely fail.

@@xVoLAnD But a Li-Ion Polimer battery that has circuit protection against overcharging can be used there. The charging voltage is the same. It has to work. Li-Ion 3.7V 100-200mAh. This NiMh 3,6V 20mAh battery lasts too short. Only 2 years. I'm waiting for batteries Li-Ion Pol 200mAh and NiMh 40mAh, so we'll see. And those block capacitors should last forever, if the operating voltage is lower than the maximum that is written on it, if that is the correct information.

@@xVoLAnD Справді. В моєму екземплярі замість голубого елемента стоїть коричневий конденсатор на 400В. Він вздувся. Я його замінив на конденсатор 600В. Пропрацював три дні від автомобільного інвертора і знову вздувся. Акумулятор не міняв, хоч і був просаджений до 1В. Це вже другий мій ватметр. Перший теж швидко вийшов з ладу, хоча працював лише від мережі.
