Thanks for shooting this video! I just filed one by hand on a Tele Deluxe the other day.. Definitely requires larger band saw for clearance purposes. Had you not pointed that out I would have probably settled on a smaller one and been SOL.

Been looking for something like this... so sick of roughing those cuts by hand. Appreciate you showing off this jig. One thing that wasn't immediately clear to me was the utility of the different pencil lines. Are you aligning on a different pencil line for the belly vs arm cut?

I drew a bunch so I have them for other types of bodies etc... Tele jazzmasters strats all all slightly different.

This is real Guitar crafting by hand. CNC Carving machines are real nice and do a great job but you are the real deal.

I thought of buying or building a CNC before starting my first guitar, and I'm glad that I didn't. CNC is going to be a lot of fun one day for me (I'm a programmer and woodworker, cnc just makes sense) but going through the process of making it more by hand was very satisfying.

I am a programmer for the most part too! I don't want to sit on the computer anymore than I have to!!! I love working on the guitar!!! feels like I get to know it
