Yes but dark caffeinated is best for stimulating the blood flow in the scalp and providing color to dull hair 💜

Yes! I usually do this when I want to make it a day or 2 ahead of wash Day.

I rinsed it out with warm water after letting it sit for 10 more minutes. It takes the place of a deep conditioner 💜

Just wanted to mention, especially if you freeze the mask before hand,if you're like me and use a shower cap, this will start dripping ,so just put a towel on top of your capital

Rue gweredza so when u made a batch did you freeze them cuz I was following hers and use 3 avocado now I hve a lot I only do my hair once a week how you save yours sorry lol
