DIY Halloween Wreath | Budget Friendly DIY Spooky Craft Time

Sorry folks, no cakes or dessert sculptures today but I still have a fun little project to show! Life has been a bit crazy (with all good and creative things) and needed a breather before diving in. What better way to decompress then a fun little craft that takes not much money to do (cuz dang why are holiday decorations always so crazy pricey!)
