Yeah it´s abit strange but be sure to sand the surfaces first and it will work it is still holding together but put alot of glue you can also drop some inside the cylinders that is attached to the first one.

Why hack hdd's for a tiny bearing? Get a normal ball bearing and soak it in acetone/gasoline/diesel to remove all factory grease. It will spin very fast with almost no resistance (but without load on it.. it will gall and wear if run under load without lubrication, but here it's no load , we don't want grease to dampen the movement)

Whenever you glue something like that, the adhesive bond is only temporary. How long the bond holds is anyone's guess, it could be a week a month a year but it _will_ fail at some point.

hehe yeah i know most people don´t have broken hdd´s around, but you can replace the piece with maybe bolts / nuts or even a steel rod

I'm guessing the reason you don't show this device spinning is because it self destructed on the first run. Centrifugal devices are extremely dangerous due to the enormous amount of energy they store when operating. They must be welded or cut from a single piece of steel. Superglue (CyanoAcrylate) glue has a finite tensile strength (how much you can pull before it snaps in half, like a rope playing tug-war). This strength will easily be exceeded when used in any application over a few hundred rpm. Generally these "fidget spinners" are used in 10s or 100s of thousands of rpm and should never be glued together. Also, I didn't see any marks or evidence to indicate that you used a protractor to mark 120 degree intervals around the central bearing, this spacing them evenly. Without such even spacing, even a properly welded spinner would be doomed to vibration and spontaneous self-destruction when spun to full speed. Have fun but be careful when doing so!
