Tula's Endless Summer

tulasendlesssum... This took a few weeks and I was trying to find affordable options other than building it ourselves. Most were too heavy or too expensive. We were all in for about $1500 for this hard Bimini. Check out • How-to: Build a hardto... and svreach.com/boa... where we got ideas and inspiration for this project.

Billy is awesome. So many young guys are living life on a video game and cant change a light bulb. I have always felt if someone else can do it then I can do it for myself and you have that same spirit. P.S. I play your videos on my big screen because my Golden Retriever loves to watch Jetty.

I just love how you guys just go for it and tackle each project TOGETHER! Whether its perfect or not your learning as you go! You do it and go sailing!! Your youthful enthusiasm is awesome...wishing I could turn back 30 years! There are some pretend you tube sailors ( Abandon Comfort) who are in it for the bucks...I see you Two in it for the adventure! Keep safe, have fun, most importantly.. enjoy each moment together and sail on! Good job guys !

You and Zingaro are killing it. Your going to crush the La Vagabond very quickly. You sail safe you ask for assistance take on constructive comments and have no sign of arrogance. I know I know the world is great nothing bad ever happens and everyone is lovely. But your two channels are so refreshing good bad and ugly. I guess realistic un like a few channels now youtube is being crushed by sailing channels. Wishing you all the best and if you every get to the South Pacific give me a shout out you have free labour and home cooked meals. Thats if we are not off on our own adventures!

If you do this again in the future, just go to Lowes and buy the polycarbonate hurricane window panels, they happen to be double thickness and very, very lite and very strong. This can be warped over any frame including SS bimini frames. Use a center connector made of aluminum to join. I used two on the Endeavour. Be creative on connecting to your choice, Then due to it being translucent, cover the top side with a fabric such as vinyl or such. I did one on a prout and again on an Endeavour cat and am now about to do one on my latest, a Herrindelle 23. Good job by the way. B from Punta gorda.

Bill, you did a great job on that top! Looks really professional from the video. In the video you said you were putting non-skid on the top of it so you can walk up there if you had to. That one piece of foam with some fiberglass on it will support you weight without cracking or breaking??? Amazing. Another great video and you guys make it look easy too! Thanks!

Peel Ply, thanks, I like it and will try it next time. now for the dreaded "ya should of's" i buried DC wires under the glass for dome lights which work awesome! Made my supports out of PVC and hot glued plastic flanges with proper angle on both ends, that way it was one trip to the fabricator and he just had to copy my PVC ones. Nice job!

I know it is way to late but I had the idea of putting sawed in half 1inch tubbing at points on the roof where you could screw down solar panels in the future. Also would make it more rigid I would think. There's my 2 cent thought.
