DIY high dollar fixture table PART 2, BUILD YOUR OWN

We completed the high dollar fixture table. This is a 48" x 96" table with 1/4" hot rolled plate for the main surface.

Are you happy with your table, and did you get any problems using a reamer in the holes. I am about to embark on the same journey on making mine, so any tips would be appreciated. thanks Dai (Wales UK)

Absolutley a fixture table like this is a must have for a fabrication shop They help keep things very precise We fabricated ours 100% in house cutting all the pieces on our JDSquared plasma table Let me know if you run into any issues or have any questions

Did you have any issues reaming out the holes. I am thinking of making my own in 6mm steel and have a plasma table already so just looking for pros and cons on making my own

Them tables are, Nice! I've worked on one before, Just tack only. I think it was, $15,000.00 for it. Cool video, 👍.

Yes sir that is correct. A buddy of mine was telling me about a contract his friend just got and the company required precision tables. He spent $40,000 but it was also about a 5 year contract for this particular work
