First time in my life I have heard of “Pink Himalayan sea salt” or its a mixed ??
@MakingMyAbodeOTR2 жыл бұрын
Pink Himalayan sea salt is mined in Pakistan and it is authentically pink! :)
@kimipbnikhuma80002 жыл бұрын
@@MakingMyAbodeOTR I'm afraid you confuse about the two. Pink Himalayan Salt and Sea salt are totally different. I'm from a border between Pakistan where these salts are mined. Mined from the Salt Range mountains in the Punjab region of Pakistan, pink Himalayan salt is a rock salt that’s formed by salt deposits that were formed when the Indian tectonic plate collided with the Eurasian plate. The deposits were pushed up as the Himalayan mountain range formed. In contrast, sea salt is formed by seawater evaporation. PinkBimalayan salt up as the Himalayan mountain range formed. In contrast, sea salt is formed by seawater evaporation.

If you want mined ancient sea salt. Redmonds Ancient Sea Salt is the best. But better for ingesting then body scrubs. Mined in Utah. No plastics in Redmonds salt.

How long will it last?
@MakingMyAbodeOTR4 жыл бұрын
I use mine up pretty fast but it should stay fresh for at least as long as your coconut oil says on the package. If not longer! Mine says best if used by September 2021 and I've had it for about 4 months. Hope this helps 😊

Melted would be fine as long as it's not fractionated. It should be able to go solid again.

I like the video, but you put wet hands into product with no Optiphen or any other product to combat bacteria and/or mold. And I am pretty sure there is a ratio to product for adding essential oils. Not trying to rag on your video, but you are teaching others and that water you introduced into the mixture can turn into a moldy mess fast and too much essential oil can cause skin irritation.
