You are not leaving it on your face, but you can, of course, use hemp, grapeseed, or hemp instead.

I am using lavender EO in this video, but not for scent. Always make a patch test before applying a product with any/new essential oils to your face.

Lavender has been a "go to" for the last decade. I wish women knew it is estrogen positive. This means it a factor in increasing the risk of estrogen positive cancer's (breast and uterine). Of course this is just one factor but who knows what an individuals tipping point is. Aluminum products, underwire bras, GMO's, … Why risk it?!

Yes you can. The main difference is mineral content and color/texture.

Sea salt comes from the sea which is not so clean with all the chemical and oil dumps , Himalayan salt come from caves and mountains in Pakistan.
