You don't need any specific library for PIR sensor. You can incorporate this project into this code: arduinoyard.com/arduino-and-pir-sensor/ Use the Blynk and Wi-Fi Libraries for ESP8266 instead of ESP32. Remove all the code related to the Radar sensor and add the code for PIR sensor.

If I place this camera on a moving bot does the alarm go off unnecessarily or it only goes off when a human is present

Hello, this is a human presence sensor. It will only go off if it detects a human within its specified range. It does not detect other objects.
