Is this something that can be done in the truck? I made this mistake rebuilding the heads and was wondering if it’s easier than pulling the heads off again.

Yes, I would recommend pulling the cab but leaving the heads on.

Did you just put each one to tdc or pressurize cylinder

Not sure. Just compare the tool part # in the service manual for your LBZ to the part # I have listed in the video to see if they are the same.

​@@THORRACING1I drilled the holes in a lathe so they would be perfectly centered. The 7/16" and "J" hole can be drilled with a normal drill bit. The 9/16" hole MUST be drilled with an end mill to produce a nice flat surface to drive the seal.
