You're quite correct Jeff in your setup. My mother and stepfather had set up a galavanized round stock tank for a cheap swimming pool for the grandkids. They switched out to an 8 foot poly tank with a small pool filter as it could manage the chemicals... The hotntub setup looks like a great idea 🤙

Well done 👍the center bar might be nice for getting in and out. But if you want to remove it a couple of pieces of angle iron from wood to center support holes would keep it from bulging out I think. Again well done 👍.

Cold plunge, hot tub n sauna= a good plan for pain!!! Love Jeff and Paige and all their awesome videos but dang One thing that frustrates me is they don't answer or acknowledge even the simple questions. I know some can get to b unwanted social media crap but there r people with sincere legitimate questions! Mine right now is what kind of tree did that beautiful wood come from. Way to cool to cover it.😊

Insulate the bottom also? Brace the sides externally and could eliminate the bar across the top.

when I got up this morning or middle of the night there was a heavy winter storm happening here, 8 to 10" and it was some storm, I believe I know where the chickens came from. it's a wonder merle and JoJo doesn't get after them, I had to buy a can of the spray foam and it is expensive. Jeff, you are amazing at your skills! appreciate the videos. thank you sir. 🐓🐓🐓🐶🦮👍✌️

Hey brother, love the build, but here is a little better idea than to run a gasket on the top of the tub. Run the gasket on the lid, that away you won't rub the gasket off getting in and out of it.

@cornbreadbrown4961Күн бұрын
you have plenty of room to stuff more insulation in, if needed.. between the tub and the enclosure.. i think the old metal will look good!

You could shim the inside of the framing to keep the sides of the tank from bowing out and remove the need for that metal bar.

Jeff I hate to tell you this but unless you plan on draining the tub everyday or so you will need to add a real good filtering system and a way to sanitize the water. You don't want to share the tub and set in someone else's waste. The Skin is the largest organ of the human body . It's job is mainly get rid of waste in the body. Be Safe and Enjoy.
