Can uncapped Honey frames be vibrated to extract honey?

I don't think so. I think the viscosity and surface tension would be too high. Even if you could vibrate it out without damaging the comb, I'm guessing it would be very slow.

Is the wax hard to sell? Might as well sell it if it can audio provide value? Anyone try?

Depends on your area and market but usually not difficult. In addition to candles, Beeswax is used in a lot of products & crafts.

I just learned that purified Beeswax is an ingredient in homemade oil paints, so your local art supply store might be a good place to approach.

imagine those 2 hives would have produced extra honey if they didn't have to make new comb, honey production is faster with already drawn out comb. it will surprise you.

The thing is honey bees have to produce wax anyway. The only thing you really save by reusing comb is time.

And not even very much time. All that old stuff about 8 lbs honey to make 1 lbs wax is myth at best. In fact, a good swarm in a few weeks will have brood set and stores laid up drawing their own comb from scratch and a good swarm of the same size given foundation will be no better off in the same amount of time. There have been studies, papers and even books dedicated to the subject, as to a wives tale from 1946 about it taking 8 lbs of honey to make 1 lbs of wax.

Your item you installed at 5 minutes was cut off. I am sure it is a threaded nut or something but those that do not work with nuts and bolts regularly may not understand what is needed. Good idea though.
