Great idea, I have a neck memory foam cushion the same as this I am going to use for this. Then put a zip on the opening you sewed closed, that way I can take the memory foam out when the cover needs washing. I travel allot and use the pillow allot now it will have the added benefit of the hood. TFS

I want to take an old bod die and make the hood into an Attached below and I am not really sure how to do that but at the same time make it a onesie with a blanket cape kind of thing. So it kind of looks like a dress but isn’t so I can like just laid down wherever with a pillow blanket onesie thing

That's a cool idea. Will make one like that. This is how I plan to do it. Take an old hoodie, cut as in the video around the collar, attach a blanket to the inner curve of the neck pillow breadthwise and sew them all shut. A liner for the pillow and the stuffing will be a good idea. In which case, a zipper needs to be attached to the back of the pillow.
