Another way to fix removable horns or ears is to use a neodymium magnet behind a cover plate at the tip of the horns. To make them more robust still, fill them with builders' poly foam -just watch out, it expands like fury. One can goes a long way, but clogs easily, buy some solvent with it, and do it outside. You might do a lot of projects...
