Cool video and the table looks great! What doesn't look so great is your fingers SO close to the blade on your table saw! You need a push stick or a Gripper or something to keep your hands safe.

Any issues with wood expansion here for the locations where the legs are attached to the tabletop via pocket holes? From what I understand, most tabletops are attached to the table frame in a way that allows for perpendicular-to-grain expansion, and having two screws near each for each leg other might prevent this expansion (though they aren't directly in a line, and are fairly close, so the expansion forces might be minimal on each leg here).

Great Question! It’s been well over a year now since the table was built and still no issues with expansion.

I ran into a mind bender. The material list call for 3 - 1x6's but used 4 in the construction of the table. I'm I not seeing something?

Love the simple design but I do have one criticism. You didn’t address the issue of blotching before staining. I would recommend looking into Charles Neil Blotch control. Stains apply more evenly with it. I’ve used it on stained baseboards and door trim. Makes pine stain like maple! Nice and even.

Thank you for the criticism! Really, I always like to hear what other methods people use! Thanks for the comment!

@@johnsonforbush4663 Its without a doubt a loved hobby of mine. This would be a very difficult business to be in, due to the amount of hours you can put into any type of object big or small.

I’m going to build a small countertop table to act as a coffee station. I’ll probably do something similar.

Looks good. Just be cautious people. The cost of this table would be much more than hiring a local woodworker. Materials tools and time shown here are a lot more than a short video can explain. Many thanks to the builder. Just a simple caution.

I don't see any plans for this table except the video and it goes way too fast so either slow it down or give some written instructions

That didn't just take 15 minutes and a lot of people don't have those tools. Looks great though.

terrible table saw technique. its a machine that can bite you in an instant without proper setup and safety practices.
