I noticed that when you mentioned the usb ports inside the car, you described them as 12 volt usb ports. usb is actually 5 volts... not 12. Just thought I'd clarify that for our viewers.

should I connect the negative to the frame or is it safe to connect to the negative terminal?

This is ok for small petrol cars but is not enough power to jumpstart a diesel SUV or truck 3L or larger engine. Use a stronger powerbank for diesel vehicles.

this is not what one would expect by reading the title. And what the sales lady tells you is the same what you get to read and see in the Chinese manual which comes with the power bank.

Those leads are far to short. Some cars, if the battery is in the boot under the spare, the bonnet terminals are sometimes spaced far apart. Those would not reach on my Audi A4
