I learn couple of .ew things which will make my turtleneck blouse fit and look better. Cutting it in bias. Stretching it with the iron and cutting the little in the back. Love it all.

Thanks luv. If you want it closer to the neck, i presume you'll have to cut the neckline smaller and according to the amount of stretch the material have. Please let me know. It's our rainy season down here and i need to make at least two of them.

Hi! Pls allow me to answer. The length is according to the size of the hole you cut for your blouse. The width is completely up to you. How high you want it in your neck? Remember, she's folding it, so it would be very warm, but you can make it wide enough so no folding is necessary.

Check the neck hole measurement on the person .... my head is 62cm i would need a bigger hole 58 is not big enough for everyone
