Toya, you are such a good teacher, mentor, mom, and crafter. You are so amazing. I watch the Live with Bella again yesterday. Bella is such an awesome kid with her head straight on her shoulder, the beautiful thing is that she is 14 and enjoying life as a kid. You and you husband should be very proud. she gave advise yesterday to her peers about not to procrastinate. I am an adult and I procrastinate so I felt so bad that a kid would call us all on it. Awesome Sauce.

This tutorial is so amazing! I've always been intimidated by sewing clothes for my custom dolls (especially adding the sleeves), but I REALLY want to make the outfits. I even bought a small sewing machine that I have yet to use. This tutorial helped me so much to understand how to put the pieces together, the pacing was great, and the shots were very clear and easy to see. Thank you!! I want to try making my own doll coat now :P

I love this. I don't recall seeing thou using a rolling cutter and matt before but I have arthritis so I use that alot for cutting out fabric pieces. You probably already know, just thought I would mention it. Plus I usually iron things after sewing each seam and I find that using a hair straightener to iron doll clothes so much easier and less likely to burn myself than by using a big bulky iron. It's of course not really necessary ro iron doll clothes but sometimes I get that feeling I want it to look pristine so that's what I use. Of course with both of these tips childeen should have adult supervision or have an adult do that part of the project.
