DIY - how to paint on a tile

Hi, it is beautiful. Is there any way I can paint something like this on tiles already installed in my bathroom? I have plain white tiles in my bathroom and I don't like them. I was thinking it would be nice to paint a nice pattern on at least 4-6 of them, so that the bathroom looks nicer. Also, some tiles are yellow and I really don't like them and I'd like to paint them different shades of blue. Are you using a special tile paint and is it waterproof? Can you apply it on tiles which are already installed on a bathroom wall and they will be in contact with water and moisture? Thank you in advance

Hello! Painting your bathroom tiles is a great idea but unfortunately, you will have to use special paint. I used Porcelaine150, Pebeo (this paint you have to put in the oven to make it last longer) paint which is used only for decorating tiles that are not glossy. Tiles from shops usually have that. I would recommend buying a small can of paint that is dedicated especially for bathrooms - they are waterproof

Can I use normal Matt tile? Or it’s spacial tile that u used

You should use matt tile

Do you fire the tile after painting???

After painting, I leave it to dry for 24h and then I put it in the oven 150 st. C for 30 minutes ;)

I used a tile bought in art store. It shouldn't be glossy but matte.

It's a special tile with no glaze. You can buy it in a homemade shops. Normal tile will not do
